Do you want to go bar down next season? Now is the time to start working on your shot. Kick start your summer shooting program by learning the fundamentals of modern shooting techniques. In this camp you will learn to shoot in stride, develop a quick release, and how to be a goalie’s worst nightmare with a hard one timer.

Goalies, we haven’t forgotten about you and want to make sure you’re ready to frustrate the opposition next season. In addition to developing puck tracking skills and your positional play, you will learn how to read shooting angles and choose proper save selection in a variety of situations. Train hard now to dominate your crease and give shooters fits next season.

Coaches
Darcy Pinch
Coach Darcy is a hockey lifer. A proud alumni of the Ridge Meadows Flames, Darcy has coached at every age group and skill level over the years and is currently coaching with Sturgeon Hockey as a team coach and skill developer. Coach Darcy brings his passion for teaching to the ice every session and will help athletes build a strong skill foundation in shooting.
Hayden Yahn
After having completed his Junior Hockey career as captain for the Langley Trappers, including winning the Western Canadian Junior B Championships in 2022, Coach Hayden is a current player for the Simon Fraser University Hockey Club. Coach Hayden has a knack for engaging with athletes of all ages and will bring the perspective of a current player to these sessions.
Peter Mandoli
As a goalie, Peter played AAA hockey with Coquitlam minor hockey when he was drafted by the Spokane Chiefs (WHL). He went on to play 4 years of junior hockey in the KIJHL, BCHL and OPJHL. Peter then spent 4 years playing for the UBC Thunderbirds where he earned Academic All-Canadian honours. Peter has over 2 decades of goalie development coaching experience with PFGS, Coquitlam minor hockey and Ridge Meadows minor. Peter has also coached AAA teams in Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam & has coached in RMMHA for the past 7 seasons.
